The myth we hear most: gowns at an outlet are used. They are not. A bridal outlet like Blue Bridal sells new designer gowns sourced from discontinued styles, floor samples, and one-off pieces our stylists loved enough to bring in. Your appointment starts before you walk in. A Blue stylist calls and texts ahead to learn your vibe, budget, and inspo, so she has ideas brewing. She is not pulling your rack in advance, though. Gowns always get pulled together, with you, as your walk through the store together!
